萨提亚模式团体心理干预对大学生心理健康的提升作用 被引量:17

Effect of using Satir Model group psychological intervention on improving the mental health of college students

摘要 目的:探索萨提亚模式团体心理干预对大学生心理健康提升效果。方法:采用方便取样的方式选择大学生实验组30人和对照组30人,对实验组进行每周1次的萨提亚模式团体心理干预,共计8次干预,对照组大学生不参加任何心理辅导活动和个体心理咨询。两组大学生在干预前后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行测评。结果:实验组大学生干预后SCL-90问卷的总分和各个因子分均显著低于干预前,差异有显著性意义(t=2.892~7.347,P<0.01~0.001);对照组大学生SCL-90问卷总分和各个因子在干预前与干预后得分的差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);干预前,两组大学生SCL-90问卷总分和各个因子得分的差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);干预后,实验组大学生SCL-90问卷总分和各个因子得分显著低于对照组得分,差异有显著性意义(t=-4.312^-2.098;P<0.001~0.05)。结论:萨提亚模式团体心理干预能够提升大学生心理健康水平。 Objective:To explore the effect of using Satir Model group psychological intervention on improving the mental health of college students.Methods:A total of 30students in the experimental group and 30students in the control group were selected by convenient sampling.The experimental group received Satir Model group psychological intervention once a week,8times in total.The students in the control group did not participate in any psychological counseling activities and individual psychological consultation.The Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)was used to evaluate the mental health of these 30college students before and after Satir Model group psychological intervention.Results:After intervention,the total score and each factor’s score of SCL-90of these 30college students in experimental group were significantly lower than those before intervention(t=2.892~7.347,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the total score and scores of each factor in the control group before and after the intervention(P>0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After intervention,the total score and each factor’s score of SCL-90in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(t=-4.312^-2.098;P<0.05).Conclusion:Satir Model group psychological intervention can improve the mental health of college students.
