首钢京唐1号高炉灰铁比的影响因素 被引量:2

Factors Influencing Dust Rate of Shougang Jingtang's No.1 BF

摘要 在简要分析首钢京唐1号高炉除尘灰成分及来源的基础上,重点从入炉原燃料质量、煤比、煤气利用水平、燃料比、煤气流分布、炉喉边沿煤气温度、炉况稳定性等方面,对1号高炉灰铁比的影响因素进行了全面分析。结果表明:①煤比和燃料比均与灰铁比存在明显的正相关关系;②在中心加焦布料模式下随煤气利用率的升高,灰铁比呈下降趋势;③灰铁比与炉顶温度具有明显正相关关系;④炉喉边沿煤气温度越高,对应的灰铁比也越高;⑤入炉焦比恒定不变时,日塌料次数越多对应的灰铁比就越高。 By briefing the chemical composition and source of dust generated from Shougang Jingtang's No.1 BF,it is comprehensively analyzed in the paper the factors dominating the said dust rate from quality of raw material fuel charged to furnace,coal rate,gas utilization rate,fuel rate,gas flow distribution,gas temperature at the edge of the furnace throat,and stability of furnace status.The results indicate that:(1)The coal rate and fuel rate are both positively correlated with the dust rate;(2)The dust rate decreases with the increase of gas utilization rate under central coke distribution mode;(3)The dust rate is positively correlated with furnace top temperature;(4)The dust rate decreases accordingly as gas temperature at the edge of the furnace throat increases;(5)The higher the relining daily collapsing frequency is,the higher the dust rate will be if coke rate is constant.
