摘要
NVH(噪声、振动与声振粗糙度)是汽车行业一个新兴的综合学科。降低噪声、减少振动是一个系统工程。本文介绍了汽车消音减震吊耳的结构设计、配方设计、生产工艺和产品性能。主体橡胶选用耐温耐侯、绝缘优异的日本进口硅橡胶。中模设计成哈夫结构,方便拆卸。采用注射成型硫化工艺,自动化程度高。成品可以在-60~300℃下,运行5年或20万km无异常,处于国际先进水平。
NVH(noise,vibration and harshness)is a new comprehensive subject in automobile industry.Reducing noise and vibration is a system engineering.This paper introduces the structure design,formula design,production process and product performance of the automobile damping lug.The main rubber is made of silicone rubber imported from Japan,which has high temperature and weather resistance and excellent insulation.The middle die is designed as huff structure,which is convenient for disassembly.The lug adopts injection molding vulcanization process with high automation.The finished product can operate at-60~300℃for 5 years or 200000 km without abnormality,which is in the international advanced level.
