摘要
针对布袋除尘器的实际工况,总结并归纳了影响布袋除尘器可靠性的因素,分别从工作过程、保证除尘效率的措施、烟气超温超压和含火星时的危害及处理方法、除尘器漏风对布袋的影响、气动阀组工作的可靠性和控制系统的误动原因和对策进行了分析。
According to the actual working conditions of bag filter,this paper summarized and induced the factors affecting the reliability of bag filter,made an analysis respectively from the working process,measures to ensure the dust removal efficiency,hazard and disposal of overheating and overpressure of flue gas with spark,influence of filter air leakage on the bag,reliability of pneumatic valve group and malfunction causes and countermeasures of the control system.
