摘要
某公司第3套常减压装置电脱盐单元频繁出现切水异常、乳化带油、水中黑渣多、COD升高等问题,严重影响下游污水处理单元正常运行。经过分析电脱盐切水黑渣的性质,分析原油性质变化找到了造成切水带油严重的根本原因。提出了加强原油性质管控、对电脱盐切水进行预处理等技术手段,从而保证了电脱盐切水水质,缓解了生产难题。
The electric desalting unit of the third CDU plant of a company frequently appeared abnormal water cutting,emulsifying oil,more black slag in the water and increasing COD,which seriously affected the normal operation of the downstream sewage treatment unit.The fundamental cause leading to oil into water cutting zone was found by analyzing the properties of black slag in electric desalting unit and the changes of the properties of crude oil.Some technical measures,such as strengthening the control of crude oil properties and conducting pretreatment of electric desalting water cutting,were put forward to ensure the water quality of electric desalting water cutting and alleviate the production difficulties.
