摘要
传统教学模式是以老师为中心,集中授课,而在以问题为基础的教学模式(PBL)和以案例为基础的教学模式(CBL)的基础上结合标准化病人,通过系统规范的培训标准化病人,建立良好的教学体系,引入到重症医学科的临床带教工作之中。指导学生将所学的理论知识和临床实践相结合,补充了传统教学模式的不足,提高学生学习、思考及动手的能力,更好地适应重症医学科的教学及工作。以期对PBL和CBL教学联合标准化病人在中国高等医学院校的推广提供一些建设性意见。
Routine teaching mode is teacher-centered and centralized teaching.Standardized patients are combined and trained systematically on the bases of problem-based learning(PBL)mode and case-based learning(CBL)mode.Through systematic and standardized training of standardized patients,a good teaching system is established and introduced into the clinical teaching work of department of critical care medicine.Students are guided to combine their theoretical knowledge with clinical practice,which supplements the shortcomings of routine teaching mode,improves students'learning,thinking and hands-on ability,and better adapts to the teaching and working of department of critical care medicine,so as to provide some constructive suggestions for the promotion of PBL and CBL teaching modes combined with standardized patients in Chinese medical colleges and universities.
