摘要
石榴皮多酚是石榴内鞣质类、黄酮类等多酚类物质的总称,因其具有抗氧化、抑菌等多种生物学功能而在医药、食品和饲料生产中受到广泛关注。本文就近年来国内外学者在石榴皮多酚的提取及其抑菌、抗氧化活性和应用价值等方面的研究进行综述,旨在为石榴皮多酚的进一步开发应用提供一定的参考依据。
Pomegranate peel polyphenols are the general name of polyphenols such as tannins and flavonoids contained in pomegranate,which have been widely concerned in medicine,food and feed production because of their biological functions such as antioxidation and bacteriostasis.In this paper,the research on extraction,antibacterial activity,antioxidant activity and application value of pomegranate peel polyphenols by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years was reviewed,aiming to provide some reference for further development and application of pomegranate peel polyphenols.
