摘要
本文阐述了《大学英语教学指南》评价与测试部分修订的基础和理据。文章首先报告了教育部高等学校大学外语教学指导委员会(2018—2022)开展的大规模问卷调查数据。基于问卷调查结果,文章然后着重分析了大学英语评价与测试的现状和存在的主要问题。最后,文章从大学英语课程评价、形成性评价和英语能力测试3个方面论述了《大学英语教学指南》评价与测试部分的修订,并提出了大学英语评价与测试改革的方向。
This paper provides the rationale and justification for revising the testing and assessment section of the College English Teaching Guidelines.The paper first reports the results of a large-scale survey conducted by the National College Foreign Language Teaching Advisory Board(2018-2022).Based on the survey results,it then analyses the current practices of and main issues involved in College English testing and assessment.Finally,the paper presents an account of the revision of the College English Teaching Guidelines with special reference to College English program evaluation,formative assessment and English proficiency tests,and proposes an agenda for the reform of College English testing and assessment.
