摘要
目的探讨微小RNA(miRNA)-128、miRNA-101在脑胶质瘤患者血清中的表达情况及临床意义。方法分析血清中miRNA-128、miRNA-101的表达水平与67例脑胶质瘤患者临床特征的关系,探讨二者对脑胶质瘤及高恶性级别脑胶质瘤的诊断价值。结果67例脑胶质瘤患者血清中miRNA-128和miRNA-101的表达水平分别为(1.45±0.57)和(1.14±1.32)。术前病理分级为3~4级脑胶质瘤患者血清中miRNA-128、miRNA-101的表达水平均明显高于术前病理分级为1~2级的脑胶质瘤患者(P﹤0.01)。受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析结果显示,血清miRNA-128、miRNA-101的表达水平诊断脑胶质瘤的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.58(95%CI:0.47~0.69)、0.60(95%CI:0.50~0.71),且诊断高恶性级别脑胶质瘤的AUC分别为0.68(95%CI:0.55~0.82)、0.69(95%CI:0.57~0.82)。结论脑胶质瘤患者血清中的miRNA-128、miRNA-101均异常表达,其表达水平与患者的术前病理分级有关,在一定程度上可辅助脑胶质瘤的诊断及术前病理分级,具有一定的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of microRNA(miRNA)-128 and miRNA-101 in serum from patients with glioma.Method The serum expression levels of miRNA-128 and miRNA-101 in 67 patients with glioma were detected and their relationship with clinical characteristics was analyzed.The diagnostic value of the two markers in the evaluation of glioma and high-grade glioma was assessed.Result The expression levels of miRNA-128 and miRNA-101 of 67 patients with glioma were 1.45±0.57 and 1.14±1.32,respectively.The expression levels of miRNA-128 and miRNA-101 in the serum of patients with preoperative pathological grade 3-4 glioma were significantly higher than those of patients with grade 1-2(P<0.01).The result of receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis indicated that the AUC of serum miRNA-128 and miRNA-101 expression levels in the diagnosis of glioma were 0.58(95%CI:0.47-0.69)and 0.60(95%CI:0.50-0.71),and the diagnosis of high-grade glioma were 0.68(95%CI:0.55-0.82)and 0.69(95%CI:0.57-0.82),respectively.Conclusion Both miRNA-128 and miRNA-101 in the serum of patients with glioma are abnormally expressed,and their expression levels are related to the patient’s preoperative pathological grading.They can be of great value for assisting in the diagnosis and preoperative pathological grading of glioma to a certain extent.
