摘要
为保证电网安全可靠运行,对某供电公司开闭所内的开关柜、电缆仓混合系统开展了基于多种检测方法的局部放电带电检测。先在开关柜壳体外基于超声法、暂态地电波法和特高频法进行局部放电故障初步发现和定位,发现电缆仓内存在电缆故障后,基于脉冲电流法对电缆本体进行了多次消缺和带电复测,期间发现和处理了多处局部放电故障,保证了及时恢复用户供电,对开闭所内常见的开关柜、电缆仓混合结构中电缆终端局部放电故障带电检测工作提供了一定的参考。
To ensure the safety and reliable operating of power grid, a test example of online partial discharge(PD) detection and diagnosis of the switch state and power cable mix operating system in a switch station is proposed. Firstly, fault discovering and locating outside the switch cubicle based on acoustic method, transient earth voltage(TEV) method and ultra-high frequency(UHF) method is introduced, during which some PD defect located in the cable stock is detected. Then online PD detection and diagnosis of power cable based on pulsating current method is carried out. After several times of fault eliminating and online retesting, all the PD defects are found and wiped out and the power supply is given out normally in time. The fault detection and diagnosis experience is considered to be useful reference for the routine online PD detection works at the switch stations where switch and power cables are connected and mixed operation.
