摘要
利用热封仪、拉力机、傅里叶红外、扫描电镜等设备研究了乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)与聚苯乙烯(PS)热封机理以及热封三要素(热封温度、热封压力、热封时间)对EVA与PS热封强度的影响。选取热封三要素作为研究的3个因素,根据单因素考察结果、包装工艺及包装效率要求,确定每个因素3个水平,采用正交实验设计方法研究了热封三要素对EVA与PS热封强度影响的大小顺序。实验结果表明,EVA与PS热封强度主要来自EVA与PS接触面的"锚键"粘接力。在热封三要素中,热封时间对热封强度的影响最为显著,远高于热封温度和热封压力对其的影响程度。热封压力对热封强度的影响不明显。文章得到的最优热封三要素分别为热封温度175℃、热封压力220 k Pa、热封时间0.9 s。在最优热封三要素条件下,EVA与PS热封强度为21.5 N/15 mm。
The heat sealing mechanism of EVA and PS and the effects of heat sealing temperature,heat sealing pressure and heat sealing time on the heat sealing strength of EVA and PS were discussed by means of heat sealing instrument,tensile machine,FTIR and SEM. The three factors of the heat-sealing factor were selected as the three factors of the study. According to the single-factor test results,the packaging process and the packaging efficiency requirements,the three levels of each factor were determined,and the order of the effect of the heat-sealing three elements on the heat-sealing strength of the heat-sealing three elements was researched by means of the orthogonal experimental design method. The results showed that the heat-sealing strength of EVA and PS was mainly from the " anchor" of the contact surface of EVA and PS. Among the three elements of heat sealing,the effect of heat sealing time on heat sealing strength was very significant,which was much higher than that of heat sealing temperature and heat sealing pressure. The influence of heat sealing pressure on heat sealing strength was not obvious. The optimal heat sealing temperature was 175 ℃,the heat sealing pressure was 220 k Pa,the heat sealing time was0. 9 s,and the heat sealing strength of EVA and PS was 21. 5 N/15 mm.
