摘要
实验室异常温度监测具有重要的实际价值,为了提升异常温度监测智能化水平,提出了基于激光热传感的实验室异常温度监测方法。采用光纤激光传感器采集实验室温度变化参数,根据实际情况设置高温与低温的异常温度阈值监测不同分区环境的温度,根据实验室异常温度监测结果启动相应的保护机制,最后实验结果显示,所提方法可以进行高精度的实验室异常温度监测,实验室异常温度监测偏差很小,而且实验室异常温度监测性能十分稳定,可以为实验室异常温度异常预警提供有价值的参考信息。
The abnormal temperature monitoring in laboratory has important practical value.In order to improve the intelligent level of abnormal temperature monitoring,a method of abnormal temperature monitoring in laboratory based on laser thermal sensor is proposed.The optical fiber laser sensor is used to collect the temperature change parameters of the laboratory.According to the actual situation,the abnormal temperature thresholds of high temperature and low temperature are set to monitor the temperature of different zones.According to the abnormal temperature monitoring results of the laboratory,the corresponding protection mechanism is started.Finally,the experimental results show that this method can carry out high-precision abnormal temperature monitoring in laboratory,the deviation is small,and the performance of abnormal temperature monitoring is stable,which can provide valuable reference information for the early warning of abnormal temperature in laboratory.
