碳纳米管/聚乙烯醇对混凝土力学和干缩性能的影响 被引量:6

Influences of Carbon Nanotubes and Polyvinyl Alcohol Nano-Composites on Mechanical Properties and Dry Shrinkage of Concrete

摘要 利用胶体稳定性和界面化学作用力制得了均匀分散的碳纳米管(CNTs)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)纳米胶体乳液。研究了CNTs/PVA纳米胶体乳液对混凝土的力学性能、干缩性能及微观结构的影响,探讨了CNTs/PVA的改善机理。结果表明:相对普通混凝土,掺杂0.3%(质量分数,下同)CNT和1.0%PVA的混凝土的28 d抗压、抗折强度分别提高了15%和10%;掺杂0.5%CNT和1.0%PVA的混凝土的7、28、180 d和360 d干缩率分别降低了76%、34%、22%和21%。CNTs/PVA可在混凝土中形成互穿网络,具有长纤维效应和微细环箍效应,少量的CNTs/PVA能提高混凝土的极限抗拉和抗折强度,降低干缩性能。 Well-dispersive carbon nanotubes(CNTs)/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) nano-colloidal emulsions were prepared based on the colloidal stability and interfacial chemistry. The effect of CNTs/PVA nano-colloidal emulsion on the mechanical properties, dry shrinkage and morphology of concrete was investigated. The results show that the 28 d compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete incorporating 0.3%(in mass fraction, the same below) CNTs and 1.0% PVA are increased by 10% and 15%, respectively, and the dry shrinkage rate of concrete containing 0.5% CNTs and 1.0% PVA after 7, 28, 180 d and 360 d curing is reduced by 76%, 34%, 22% and 21%, respectively, compared to the reference concrete. The effect of CNT-OH/PVA latex on the mechanical properties and dry shrinkage rate of concrete is attributed to the formation of CNTs/PVA interpenetrating networks in concrete, which prevents the concrete crack and refines the microstructure.
