摘要
为定量计算高压泵并联运行的偏流程度,应用HYSYS动态模拟软件建立LNG接收站高压泵并联运行工况的动态模型,研究多台同规格高压泵并联运行时每台高压泵的操作点变化范围,分析判断高压泵偏流程度以及对高压泵正常运行的影响。分析表明:多台高压泵并联时必然会发生偏流现象,但偏流程度在允许范围之内;动态模拟能够准确模拟多台高压泵并联运行状态下每台高压泵的实际运行操作点范围;可指导多台高压泵并联系统最优运行范围的工艺系统设计。该研究结果为国内外LNG接收站工程设计阶段高压泵并联系统的偏流定量计算指明了方法,促进了技术的发展和行业的进步。
The dynamic simulation model of high-pressure pumps in parallel operation in a LNG Terminal was built using HYSYS dynamic simulation software.The model was used to study the range of variation in operating points of several high-pressure pumps with the same specifications running in parallel,to analyse and determine the extent of flow drifting and the impact on the normal operation of these pumps.The analysis showed that in this case,when several high-pressure pumps were connected in parallel,the phenomenon of flow deviation would inevitably occur,but within the allowable range.The dynamic simulation could accurately simulate the actual operation point range under the high-pressure pump parallel operation,and guide to optimize the system design of high-pressure pump in the optimal operation range.
