摘要
MRPII(制造资源计划 )系统是管理科学与信息技术的结合。通过介绍MRPII的体系功能、基本模块描述 ,进一步研究了MRPII的重要内容———计划信息模块 ,包括主生产计划、物料需求计划以及能力需求计划 。
The MRPⅡ(Manufacturing Resource Planning)System is the integration of management science and information technology. Based on the introduction of the MRPⅡ, the Planning Information Module is discussed in detail, including the MPS(Master Production Scheduling), MRP(Material Requirement Planning) and CPA(Capacity Planning).The information process method for this Planning Information Module is also discussed.
