摘要
在国际共运史上,中国共产党和苏联共产党可谓是两个极具传奇色彩的马克思主义政党,二者有许多相似或相同之处,但命运悬殊。苏联党内形成的官僚特权阶层最终导致苏联亡党,而中国共产党始终为防止党内形成利益集团不断探索,保持了蓬勃的生机与活力。新时代要坚决防止党内形成利益集团,从两党之命运分野的比较分析视角可汲取的经验启示是:马克思主义政党内绝不允许存在任何形态的党内利益集团,要妥善处理党员利益与党的利益之间的冲突,要保持忧患意识警惕利益集团苗头性问题,要始终坚持全面从严治党防止党内利益集团产生,要突出抓好党内高级领导干部队伍建设。
In the history of international communist movement,Communist Party of China and Communist Party of the Soviet Union,sharing multiple characteristics as well as differentiating from each other in many ways,are two legendary Marxist parties,yet their fates are poles apart.The bureaucratic layer within the Soviet Communist Party finally invited its death;Chinese Communist Party’s continuous exploration into preventing the formation in interest groups helps maintain its rigor and vitality.The formation of such groups must be prevented with great resolution.Enlightenments from the fates of the two parties can be found as follows:there can be no interest groups of any form within a Marxist party;interest conflicts between individual party members and the party itself must be appropriately resolved;emerging problems from interest groups must be guarded against with an awareness of potential risks;comprehensive and strict administration of the Party must always be adhered to for the prevention of such interest groups;construction of the high rank official team must be made prominent.
