摘要
作为医院的重要部门,医务科的工作质量会直接影响医院医疗质量的提升效果。医务科主要负责协调各科室工作,从而确保各科室工作能够有条不紊地开展。由于目前医务科在医院医疗质量管理中仍存在医务科人员职责不明、相关管理机制不完善、医务科人员综合素质不高等不足,极大地影响了医院医疗质量,所以如何更充分地发挥出医务科的作用,也成为当前需要重点思考的问题。
As an important department of a hospital,the work quality of the medical department will directly affect the improvement effect of the hospital's medical quality.The medical department is mainly responsible for coordinating the work of each department,so as to ensure that the work of each department can be carried out in an orderly manner.Due to the current medical department in the hospital’s medical quality management,there are still deficiencies in the medical department’s unclear responsibilities,imperfect management mechanisms,and poor overall quality of the medical department’s staff,which greatly affect the hospital’s medical quality,so how to give full play to the medical department,which has also become an issue that needs to be considered.
