摘要
目的探讨人体肠道菌群受不同训练时间太极拳运动的影响。方法选取2018年3月-2019年3月在该院就诊的胃肠功能紊乱患者180例,随机分为3组:对照组、短时间组(S组)、长时间组(L组)。每组60例。3组患者均给以培菲康胶囊治疗,在此基础上短时间组和长时间组患者施以不同太极拳运动方案合并治疗,对照组进行慢跑训练加治疗。所有患者每周统一时间进行5次康复训练,治疗12周,检测患者粪便中肠道优势菌群数量及血清炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α),免疫调节因子IL-1b,IL-6,IL-10,IL-12,IL-17的表达水平,比较不同训练时间太极拳运动康复方案对肠道优势菌群和血液炎症因子水平的影响。结果与对照组相比,随着治疗时间的增加,太极拳训练短时间组和长时间组有益菌群数量显著增多,有害菌群数量减少,尤其双歧杆菌的数量在行太极拳运动康复方案后显著增多,且长时间组增多更显著。肠道双歧杆菌以及肠道定植抗力指标B/E值均显著高于对照组(均P<0.01),肠道直肠真杆菌及肠杆菌均显著低于对照组(均P<0.01);L组患者的肠道酪酸梭菌拷贝数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。S组和L组患者血清IL-1b、IL-6、IL-10、IL-12、IL-17和TNF-α较对照组均显著降低(均P<0.01)。Spearman相关性分析显示,短时间组和长时间组患者粪便内双歧杆菌数量与TNF-α呈负相关(L组R=0.6611,S组R=06079,均P<0.01)。结论不同训练时间太极拳运动康复方案配合双歧杆菌三联活菌片治疗可调节肠道优势菌群的分布,尤其能改善人体肠道内双歧杆菌的数量以及血清炎症因子的含量。
Objective To examine the effects of a Tai Chi Rehabilitation Program of differing duration on the function of intestinal microflora.Methods Subjects were 180 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction who were seen at this Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019,and patients were randomly assigned to three groups with 60 patients each:a control group,a group performing Tai Chi for a short period(the S group),and a group performing Tai Chi for a long period(the L group).All 3 groups took Bifico capsules.All patients received rehabilitation training 5 times a week for 12 weeks,and the difference in and quantity of intestinal dominant flora in the feces and the levels of expression of serum inflammatory factors such as tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),IL-1 b,IL-6,IL-10,IL-12,and IL-17 were determined.Results Over time,the number of beneficial bacteria in the S group and L group increased significantly compared to that in the control group while the number of harmful bacteria decreased.The number of bifidobacteria in particular increased significantly after Tai Chi,and especially in the L group.The number of intestinal bifidobacteria and intestinal colonization resistance(B/E,the ratio of bifidobacteria to enterobacteria)were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01 for all),while the number of Eubacterium rectale and enterobacteria was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01 for all).The copy number of Clostridium butyricum in the L group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Serum levels of IL-1 b,IL-6,IL-10,IL-12,IL-17,and TNF-αin the S group and L group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01 for all).Spearman correlation analysis indicated that there was a negative correlation between the number of bifidobacteria in feces and TNF-αin the S group and the L group R=0.6611 in the L group,R=0.6079 in the S group(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion The combination of a Tai Chi rehabilitation program of differing duration and a cocktail of 3 probiotic species can affect the distribution of dominant intestinal flora,particularly improving the number of bifidobacterium in the human intestines and the levels of inflammatory factors in patient serum.
