摘要
通过阐述油罐蒸发损耗产生原因,分析了提高固定顶油罐的承压能力、减少热辐射、改进浮盘与罐壁密封、采用集气法、采用地下罐和保温罐等方面的降损措施,提出了一种新型油罐即浮底油罐,能降低蒸发损耗保证油品质量。
In this work, reasons of the evaporation loss in the tank are illustrated. In addition, loss-reducing measures involving improving fixed roof tank pressure-bearing capacity, cutting down thermal radiation, improving floating plates seal,adopting gathering gas method, underground tank and soaking tank are analysed. Furthermore, the opinion that the floating bottom tank can decrease evaporation loss is proposed.
