摘要
通过考察PFS、PAC、Al2(SO4)3处理打磨玻璃废水时不同pH、反应时间条件下对色度、TP、CODcr脱除效果的比对,并根据实验室的出的最佳使用条件应用于工程实践,通过检测结果表明:通过氧化钙调节废水的pH至8至9,再加入硫酸铝调节pH至7左右,反应6 min后,pH降至6.5至7后,对色度、CODcr、TP的脱除效果理想,形成的絮体沉降效果良好,出水达到回用标准,在工程实践中有效可行,且规避了废水中氯离子的富集效应从而影响了废水的回用,在水处理工程中的应用提供可行的依据。
By observing different amounts of PFS,PAC and Al2(SO4)3 treatment of ground-glass wastewater, pH, comparison of the removal of colour, TP and CODcr during reaction time, with the best conditions of use of the laboratory applied to the project, the results show that the removal effect of colour, CODcr, TP is ideal by adjusting pH to 8~9 before adding Al2(SO4)3 to adjust pH to around 7, and after 6 minutes of reaction when pH reaches 7 inseead of 6.5. In this way, the formed floc has good effect, and the effluent reaches the reuse standard, which is effective and feasible in engineering partion, and avoids the enrichment effect of chlorides ions in wasterwater affecting the reuse of wastewater, and provides a feasible basis for the application in water treatment projects.
