锂原电池正极MnO2-Ag的制备及放电性能研究

Synthesis and Electrochemical Characterizations of MnO2 Ag Composite as Cathode Material for Lithium Prime Batteries

摘要 为提高锂原电池的导电性,采用固相热分解法制备MnO2-Ag复合正极材料。利用XRD、SEM和EDS设备对材料进行物相和形貌表征,并通过蓝电电池测试仪和电化学工作站对MnO2-Ag正极材料进行性能测试。结果表明,当Ag质量分数为5%时,MnO 2-Ag性能最佳,在倍率为0.1 C放电条件下,其放电比容量为194.5 mAh/g,比未复合Ag的MnO2放电比容量高34.7%。这是由于Ag颗粒成功复合在MnO2表面,提高了MnO2的导电性,进而提升了电化学性能。 In order to improve the conductivity of lithium primary batteries,MnO2 Ag cathode material was prepared by solid thermal decomposition.XRD,SEM and EDS equipments were used to characterize the phase and morphology of the material.The electrochemical performances of MnO2 Ag composite were carried out on land instrument and electrochemical workstation.The results show that Ag surface modification could effectively improve the conductivity of the MnO2 material.With 5 wt.%Ag incorporation,the electrochemical performances of MnO2 Ag was the best.At a discharge rate of 0.1C,the discharge specific capacity of MnO2 Ag(5 wt.%)composite electrode was 194.5 mAh g 1 which was 34.69%higher than that of pristine MnO2.This might be due to the successful incorporation of Ag particles on the surface of MnO2,which improved the electrical conductivity,thereby improving the electrochemical performances.
