摘要
2020年初,新型冠状病毒(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)出现并迅速蔓延肆虐,全国各地先后启动了公共卫生一级应急管理响应。德清县运用智慧德清时空信息云平台的建设成果,结合大数据和物联网技术,通过组件方式快速搭建疫情防控平台,设计留观点、观察人员、爱心捐赠、防控地图、人工繁育企业、健康码查询、人群分析等七大模块,对各类疫情信息数据进行动态监测和分析,提供一张图服务,为德清县做好疫情防控调整工作部署与决策提供参考。
The COVID-19 emerged and spread rapidly in early 2020,and a public health emergency management response was launched throughout the county.Using the achievements of the Smart Deqing County,Zhejiang spatio-temporal information cloud platform,combining big data and Internet of things technology,Deqing County,Zhejiang built an epidemic prevention and control platform by component way.The platform is designed seven modules,inclusive of the location of stay and observation module,the distribution of observer module,charitable donation module,prevention and control map module,artificial breeding enterprise module,health code query module,crowd analysis module.This provides a map service by dynamic monitoring and analysis of epidemic information data for a reference in deployment and decision-making of epidemic prevention and control.
