摘要
开式压力机机身的强度与刚度影响压力机的工作性能。现在大多数人利用ANSYS研究的机身的应力与变形,他们大多是单独的研究机身,不加曲轴的分析。在分析过程中有曲轴的情况更接近真实的工作情况。本文将在有曲轴的情况下在SolidWorks的simulation模块中针对250kN开式压力机机身进行有限元分析并比较两者的区别。
The strength and rigidity of the open press machine body affect the working performance of the press.Now most people use ANSYS to study the stress and deformation of the machine body.Most of them study the machine body alone without crankshaft analysis.In the analysis process,the situation with the crankshaft is closer to the real working situation.The finite element analysis of the 250 kN open press body in the Solid Works simulation module with a crankshaft has been performed and compared.
