摘要
目的探究穴位贴敷法对妇科腹腔镜全身麻醉术后患者恶心呕吐的影响。方法选取如东县人民医院2016年1月至2019年6月收治妇科腹腔镜全身麻醉手术的患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组40例行常规护理,观察组40例采用穴位贴敷法干预。对比两组患者术后各时段恶心呕吐发生率及严重程度。结果观察组术后0~12 h(含12 h整)、12~24 h(含24 h整)恶心呕吐发生率低于对照组,且恶心呕吐程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);24~48 h(含48h整)、48~72 h时间段恶心呕吐发生率及恶心呕吐程度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论穴位贴敷法应用于妇科腹腔镜全身麻醉手术患者术后护理能有效改善短期内恶心呕吐情况发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint sticking on nausea and vomiting(PONV)in patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic general anesthesia.Methods Totally 80 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic general anesthesia surgery in Rudong County People's Hospital from January 2016 to June 2019 were selected as the control group,random number table method was used to divide into two groups,40 cases in the control group received routine nursing,and 40 cases in the observation group used acupoint application intervention.The incidence and severity of PONV in each period after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 0~12 h(including 12 h)and 12~24 h(including 24 h)after operation,and the degree of nausea and vomiting was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence and degree of nausea and vomiting between 24~48h(including 48h)and 48~72 h compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of Acupoint Application in postoperative nursing of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic general anesthesia can effectively improve the occurrence of PONV in the short term.
