摘要
目的探讨小青龙汤加味治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(寒咳型)的疗效。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月北京中医药大学房山医院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘(寒咳型)患者80例,随机数字表法分为参照组和观察组,各40例。参照组施予常规西医治疗;观察组在参照组基础上增加小青龙加味治疗。两组持续治疗14 d,比对两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05),中医证候积分变化情况优于参照组(P<0.05),肺通气功能指标变化情况优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对咳嗽变异性哮喘(寒咳型)患者实施小青龙汤加味治疗,可改善患者病情症状以及肺功能,疗效显著。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in treating cough variant asthma(cold cough type).Methods A total of 80 patients with cough variant asthma(cold cough type)admitted to Fangshan Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into the reference group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The reference group received conventional western medicine treatment;In the observation group,the flavoring treatment was added on the basis of the reference group.The two groups were treated continuously for 14 days,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The change of TCM syndrome scores in the observation group was better than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The change of pulmonary ventilation function in the observation group was better than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in patients with cough variant asthma(cold cough type)can improve the symptoms and lung function of patients,and the effect is significant.
