摘要
根据起重机械的实际工作情况,提出了基于经济性、技术性和环境资源性的再制造综合评价方案,基于层次分析与熵权法理论,结合修正的理想解法,建立了基于AHP—熵权系数—TOPSIS的起重机械综合评估模型。通过实例,验算了模型的有效性。研究表明,此方案为起重机械再制造的综合评估提供了一种可行的方法。
According to the actual working conditions of hoisting machinery,this paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation plan of remanufacturing of hoisting machinery based on economy,technology and environmental resources and establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of hoisting machinery based on AHP(analytic hierarchy process)-entropy weight coefficient-TOPSIS by adopting the theory of AHP,entropy weight method and combining modified ideal solution.The validity of the model was verified through example analysis.Results shows that this plan provides a feasible method for comprehensive evaluation of heavy machinery remanufacturing.
