摘要
文章基于有限元法,采用NASTRAN软件,对轻卡仪表板基础方案和优化方案进行了CAE模态分析和频率响应强度分析,分析结果显示,优化方案模态频率得到提升,应力下降改善明显,仪表板NVH异响问题得以解决。
In this paper,based on the finite element method and NASTRAN software,the CAE modal analysis and frequency response strength analysis of the basic scheme and optimization scheme of the light truck instrument panel are carried out.The analysis results show that the modal frequency of the optimization scheme is increased,the stress drop is improved obviously,and the NVH abnormal noise problem of the instrument panel is solved.
