摘要
为了探究不同生境条件下辽河三角洲芦苇种群生长发育的差异原因,选择观测场苇田和辽滨鸭舌岛苇田为观测地点,对比分析了不同水质条件下芦苇发育期及生长发育指标变化,结果表明:(1)各个观测时期观测场苇田pH值、密度明显高于辽滨鸭舌岛苇田;观测场苇田的电导率、溶解氧及可溶性有机物均低于辽滨鸭舌岛苇田;(2)从萌芽期至3叶期,苇田观测场芦苇发育期较辽滨鸭舌岛芦苇有所提前;同一发育期时间变化范围为2~6 d,但总体差异不显著;苇田观测场芦苇和辽滨鸭舌岛芦苇从萌芽期至黄枯期全生育期天数分别为210和206 d;(3)各个观测时期的苇田观测场的芦苇平均株高、叶面积指数、地上部干物重发育指标均显著低于辽滨鸭舌岛。密度引起的种内竞争可能是不同生境条件下的芦群体生长发育指标差异较大的内在因子;不同生境条件的水质pH值、电导率、溶解氧和溶解性有机物不同是引起该地区芦苇生长发育差异的外在因子。
In order to explore the reasons for the differences in reed community growth and development in the Liaohe River Delta under different habitat conditions,the Weitian and Liaobinyashe island observation fields were selected as observation location,and the development period and growth index of reed were comparatively analyzed under different water quality conditions.The results showed that the pH value and density of the observation field in each observation period were significantly higher than those in Liaobinyashe.The conductivity,dissolved oxygen and soluble organic matter in the observation field were lower than those in the Liaobinyashe.From germination to trifoliate,the development period of the reeds in Weitian Observatory was earlier than that in Liaobinyashe.The same developmental period varied from 2~6 days,but the overall difference was not significant.The days of the total growth period of the reeds of the Weitian observatory and Liaobinyashe from the germination stage to the yellow blight period were 210 d and 206 d respectively.The average plant height,leaf area index and dry matter weight development index of the reeds in the Weitian observation field at each observation period were significantly lower than those of the Liaobinyashe.Intraspecific competition caused by density was an intrinsic factor of large difference in growth and development indexes of reed population under different habitat conditions.The different water quality pH,conductivity,dissolved oxygen and dissolved organic matter under different habitat conditions were external factors that caused the growth and development of reeds in this area.
