融水黑木耳仿野生栽培技术集成与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前黑木耳代料仿野生栽培中存在的问题,本文开展了融水黑木耳仿野生栽培集成技术与应用研究,并对黑木耳仿野生栽培的原料准备、菌种选择、接种、灭菌、养棒等菌棒生产过程中的关键技术以及菌棒下田后的场地选择、拉线、雾灌设施布局、出耳管理、采收等环节进行了阐述,并建立了不同海拔黑木耳露地栽培示范基地,以期实现黑木耳仿野生栽培,对促进黑木耳产业的健康、快速、标准化、产业化、生态化发展具有重要意义。 Aiming at the problems existing in imitating wild cultivation of Rongshui Auriculair auricuia,the article focused on the key technologies in the cultivation of Rongshui Auriculair auricuia imitating wild conditions.Technologies such as production of raw materials,strains choice,inoculation,sterilization,and cultivation of fungus sticks were discussed.Other processes including selection of the site,wiring,irrigation,sprouting management and harvesting were explained,and this technology was used to establish demonstration bases for open cultivation of Auriculair auricuia at different altitudes,and the cultivation of black fungus imitating wild conditions was realized.This technology is of great significance in the advancement of healthy,rapid,standardized,industrialized and ecological process of the Auriculair auricuia industry.
