摘要
经编无缝连裤袜是由双针床拉舍尔经编机生产的一次成形织物,相对于纬编无缝连裤袜,其款式多样、花型丰富,且无缝合、吸湿排汗、穿着舒适。目前,国内外已对有底无缝织物成形结构、产品设计理论和方法、压力舒适性、计算机辅助设计等方面进行了系统的研究,文章则主要以经编无缝连裤袜为例研究其工艺原理、设计流程及对其性能的影响。
Warp-knitted seamless pantyhose is a one-time forming fabric produced by a double-bed raschel machine.Compared with weft-knitted seamless pantyhose,it has various styles,rich patterns,no stitches,and own properties like moisture absorption and wicking,and comfortable to wear.At present,the forming structure,product design theory and method,pressure comfort and computer-aided design of bottomed seamless fabric have been systematically studied in China and abroad.Taking warp-knitted seamless pantyhose as an example,this paper mainly studied its technological principle,design process and influence on its performance.
