摘要
高新技术产业自出现至今发展速度就比较快,主要原因是高新技术符合现在时代发展的大趋势,对从业人员素养、研发资金、以及企业的科技水平的都有很高要求,同时高新技术的发展对社会的其他方面也带来了一定的积极影响,例如发展高新技术需要的知识、资金、技术,发展并完善了知识经济、信息经济。由于经济危机的出现,对传统产业产生了巨大的影响,加上高新技术产业的迅速发展,这多方面的因素导致世界经济格局也在悄悄发生改变。高新技术产业越来越作为国家经济实力、国家科技实力以及国家整体实力的象征。以福建省作为研究对象,通过国际市场占有率、贸易专业化指数和显示比较优势指数三种国际竞争力指标分析,再通过对不同地区高新技术产业发展情况的对比研究,肯定福建省高新技术产业取得的成就的同时,找出福建省高新技术产业发展过程中不合理的地方,另外给出了弥补福建省高新技术产业过程中不足之处的发展建议,以促进福建省高新技术产业更快更好的发展。
The high-tech industry has developed relatively fast since its emergence,mainly because the high-tech industry is in line with the general trend of the development of the present era,and has high requirements on the quality of employees,research and development funds,and the scientific and technological level of enterprises,at the same time,the development of high-tech has also brought certain positive influence to other aspects of society,such as the development of high-tech needs knowledge,capital,technology,and the development and improvement of knowledge economy and information economy.Due to the emergence of the economic crisis,the traditional industries have had a huge impact,coupled with the rapid development of high-tech industry,this multi-factor led to the world economic pattern is also quietly changing.High-tech industry is becoming a symbol of national economic strength,National Science and Technology Strength and national overall strength.This article takes Fujian Province as the research object,through the international market share,the trade specialization index and the display comparative advantage index three kinds of international competitiveness index analysis,through the Comparative Study of the development of high-tech industries in different regions,we affirm the achievements of high-tech industries in Fujian Province,and find out the unreasonable places in the development process of high-tech industries in Fujian Province,in addition,some suggestions are given to make up the deficiency of high-tech industry in Fujian Province so as to promote the development of high-tech industry in Fujian Province.
