摘要
国家正大力改善农村人居环境,农村水污染问题亟待解决,气提式一体化污水处理设备能够充分适应农村生活污水特点,在农村生活污水处理项目中广泛应用,但缺少对于气提相关参数的探究。根据气提原理及气提式一体化污水处理设备现场运行情况,探究了空气量、淹没深度和污泥浓度对提升量的影响。发现相同条件下,随着空气量的增大,提升量逐渐增大,但是增幅逐渐放缓;相同条件下,淹没深度越大,提升量越大;相同条件下,污泥浓度越高,提升量越小。通过实验数据为气提式一体化污水处理设备的调试及运行提供数据支撑。
The country is making great efforts to improve the living environment in rural areas.The problem of water pollution in rural areas needs to be solved urgently.The air-lift integrated sewage treatment equipment can fully adapt to the characteristics of rural domestic sewage and is widely used in rural domestic sewage treatment projects,but it is lack of research on the relevant parameters of air-lift system.According to the principle of air-lift system and the operation of air lift integrated sewage treatment equipment,this paper explores under the same conditions,with the increase of air volume,the lifting capacity increases gradually,but the increase slows down;under the same conditions,the greater the submergence depth,the greater the lifting capacity;under the same conditions,the higher mixed liquid suspended solids,the smaller the lifting capacity.The experimental data provide data support for the commissioning and operation of the air-lift integrated sewage treatment equipment.
