对苯醌在污水地下渗滤系统中的代谢路径分析

摘要 为研究污水地下渗滤系统对苯醌的代谢路径,基于超高效液相色谱-质谱技术(UPLC-MS)和代谢组学方法,筛选出在不同运行时间的微生物潜在代谢标志物。通过主成分分析(PCA)和偏最小二乘法判别分析(PLS-DA)模式识别方法对样品进行模型分析可知,对苯醌可作为系统稳定运行时的代谢标志物;由模型的变量重要性因子(VIP值)筛选出VIP值大于1.5的化合物共47种;利用METLIN数据库匹配得到11种潜在代谢标志物,在KEGG中检索得到对苯醌的代谢通路,并详细地分析了其代谢路径。 To study the metabolic pathways of p-benzoquinone in subsurface wastewater infiltration system(SWIS),based on ultra-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS)and metabolomics,potential bio-markers at different running times of SWIS were screened out.Through the model analysis of the samples by PCA and partial least square discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)pattern recognition methods,it could be known that p-benzoquinone could be used as a metabolic marker in the stable operation of the system.Then,a total of 47 compounds with VIP value greater than 1.5 by the variable importance factor(VIP value)of the model were obtained.Finally,11 potential metabolic markers by matching in METLIN database were found,and the metabolic pathways of p-benzoquinone were retrieved from KEGG,and its metabolic pathways were analyzed in detail.
