红土镍矿除尘灰制粒的生产实践

摘要 利用红土镍矿生产镍铁合金,目前大多采用RKEF生产工艺,在干燥窑、回转窑与矿热电炉三个主要设备生产过程中将会产生大量的除尘灰。而这些除尘灰与红土矿石中的镍品位相当,有相当高的回收利用价值。文章介绍了采用气体输送除尘灰,避免了直接拌矿二次扬尘。圆盘制粒技术处理除尘灰,通过优化下粉设备控制下料量,结合科学合理调整配水量,使除尘灰盘球质量大幅提高,提高了除尘灰的利用效率,取得了较好的经济效益。 At present,RKEF process is mostly used in the production of ferronickel from laterite.A large amount of dust is produced in the production process by three main equipments,namely drying kiln,rotary kiln and submerged arc furnace.The grade of nickel in the dust is similar to that in laterite,so it has high value of recycling.Our company adopts gas transportation to avoid the secondary flying of dust.The disc granulation technology is used to treat dust.By optimizing the powdering equipment to control the amount of feed,and adjusting the water distribution scientifically and rationally,the quality of the dust disk ball is greatly improved with better economic benefits.
