低能量饲粮中育肥期北京鸭蛋氨酸需要量研究 被引量:2

Methionine Requirement in Low-Energy Diets of Growing Pekin Ducks

摘要 本试验旨在研究低能量饲粮中蛋氨酸(Met)水平对育肥期北京鸭生长性能、屠宰性能和血浆生化指标的影响,并评估低能量饲粮中育肥期北京鸭Met需要量。采用单因子完全随机试验设计,选取15日龄体重[(558.6±4.8)g]相近的雄性北京鸭150只,随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每重复5只鸭。试验鸭分别饲喂5种不同Met水平的饲粮,各组饲粮Met水平分别为0.284%、0.359%、0.434%、0.509%和0.584%。试验期28 d。结果显示:1)随着低能量饲粮中Met水平的提高,15~35日龄和15~42日龄北京鸭的平均体重、平均日增重呈显著线性升高(P<0.05),料重比呈显著线性或二次降低(P<0.05)。2)随着低能量饲粮中Met水平的提高,42日龄北京鸭胸肌率和腿肌率呈显著线性升高(P<0.05),皮脂率和腹脂率呈显著线性或二次降低(P<0.05)。3)低能量饲粮中Met水平对育肥期北京鸭器官指数和血浆生化指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。4)以生长性能和皮脂率为评价指标,利用折线模型估测低能量饲粮中育肥期北京鸭Met需要量为0.387%~0.434%。由此可见,在低能量饲粮中添加Met可提高育肥期北京鸭的生长性能,改善屠宰性能。低能量饲粮中育肥期北京鸭Met需要量约为0.42%。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of methionine(Met)level in low-energy diet on growth performance,slaughter performance and plasma biochemical parameters of growing Pekin ducks,and to evaluate the Met requirement in low-energy diet of growing Pekin ducks.Using a one factor completely random design,a total of 150 fifteen-day-old male Pekin ducks with similar body weight[(558.6±4.8)g]were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 5 ducks per replicate.Ducks were fed 5 experimental diets,and the Met levels in low-energy diet of each group were 0.284%,0.359%,0.434%,0.509%and 0.584%,respectively.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follows:1)with the Met level in low-energy diet increased,the average body weight and average daily gain of Pekin ducks during 15 to 35 days of age and 15 to 42 days of age were significantly linear increased(P<0.05),and the feed/gain was significantly linear or quadratic decreased(P<0.05).2)With the Met level in low-energy diet increased,the percentage breast muscle and percentage of leg muscle of Pekin ducks at 42 days of age were significantly linear increased(P<0.05),and the percentage of skin fat and percentage of abdominal fat were significantly linear or quadratic decreased(P<0.05).3)The Met level in low-energy diet had no significant effects on organ indexes and plasma biochemical parameters of growing Pekin ducks(P>0.05).4)According to the broken-line model,the Met requirement of growing Pekin ducks for growth performance and percentage of skin fat were 0.387%to 0.434%.In conclusion,the Met supplementation in low-energy diet can increase the growth performance and improve slaughter performance of growing Pekin ducks.The Met requirement in low-energy diet of growing Pekin ducks is about 0.420%.
