综述了脂质体技术在油脂包埋中的应用。介绍了其产品在各行业中的应用现状,旨在为脂质体在油脂工业中的进一步开发和应用提供理论依据。
Applications of liposomes technology in oil embedding were summarized.The applications of its products in various industries were introduced,aiming to provide theoretical basis for further development and applications of liposomes in the oils and fats industry.
