氧化石墨烯ATRP接枝苯乙烯及性能研究 被引量:1

Styrene Grafted onto Graphene oxide by ATRP and its Properties

摘要 以氧化石墨烯为原料,采用2-溴异丁酰溴(BIBB)进行有机改性,再以原子转移自由基聚合将苯乙烯接枝到氧化石墨烯上,制备了氧化石墨烯接枝聚苯乙烯(GO-g-PS)复合材料,采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振谱(1HNMR),凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对其结构进行了表征。研究了复合材料的耐热性能、导热性能、电导性能及机械性能。结果表明:(1)2-溴异丁酰溴(BIBB)改性后氧化石墨烯(GO)的ATRP接枝聚苯乙烯(PS)方法可行,得到了纳米复合材料(GO-g-PS)。(2)氧化石墨烯接枝聚苯乙烯(GO-g-PS)复合材料具有较高的机械性能,良好导热性能,具有较高的电导率及优异的耐热性能,屈服强度达32.89MPa,导热系数为0.41W/(m·K),电阻率为249.8Ω/cm,GO-g-PS的热分解(5%)温度为213℃。 Graphene oxide as raw materials,and then 2-Bromoisobutyryl bromide(BIBB)to carry on the organic modification,moreover Styrene was grafted onto Graphene oxide by atom transfer radical polymerization,Graphene oxide grafted polystyrene(GO-g-PS)composite material was obtained,GO-g-PS were characterized by Fourier infrared spectrum(FT IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H NMR),gel permeation chromatography(GPC).Heat resistant properties of composite materials mechanical properties,thermal properties,electrical properties were tested,the results showed that:(1)2-Bromoisobutyryl bromide(BIBB)modified Graphene oxide(GO)by ATRP grafting polystyrene(PS)was feasible,and nanocomposites(GO-g-PS)were obtained.(2)Graphene oxide grafted polystyrene(GO-g-PS)composite material with high mechanical properties,good thermal performance,with high conductivity and excellent heat resistance.Yield strength of GO-g-PS is 32.89 MPa,The coefficient of thermal conductivity of GO-g-PS is 0.41 W/(m·K),Resistivity of GO-g-PS is 249.8Ω/cm,thermal decomposition temperature of GO-g-PS is 213℃(5%).
