摘要
使用有限元方法研究短距离级联钻杆中声波信号的传输特性。基于理想突变截面和螺纹结构连接的三维级联钻杆模型对声波传输的频域特性进行了研究。结果表明:理想管频谱分布相对稳定,而螺纹管频谱结构比较复杂,衰减程度更大。主要体现在随着钻杆数量和接箍数量的增加,螺纹结构的反射作用使得通频带结构发生变化,通频带内尖峰数差异明显,频率逐渐增大时,通频带内的尖峰数量呈减少趋势。
The finite element method is used to study and analyze the transmission characteristics of acoustic signals in short-range concatenation drill pipe.In order to be close to the actual situation,a three-dimensional concatenation drill pipe model of ideal coupling and thread coupling was established.Based on this model,the frequency domain characteristics of acoustic wave transmission were studied.The research results show that the spectrum distribution of the ideal tube is relatively stable,and the spectrum structure of the thread tube is more complicated and the attenuation degree is severe.It is mainly reflected in the increase in the number of drill pipes and the number of couplings,the reflection of the thread structure changes the frequency range that can be passed,and the number of spikes in the passband is significantly different.When the frequency gradually increases,the number of spikes in the passband decreases.
