孟鲁司特钠治疗CVA模型小鼠的效果评价

摘要 目的:本课题拟评价孟鲁司特钠治疗变异性哮喘模型小鼠的效果。方法:采用卵清蛋白(ovalbumin,OVA)经致敏、激发来复制哮喘模型并予以药物治疗。首先对实验动物进行分组,分为空白组、模型组、孟鲁司特钠组,每组各6只小鼠,然后进行雾化建模及灌胃和腹腔注射给药。结果:孟鲁司特钠组小鼠血清中IL-2含量增高,孟鲁司特钠组小鼠血清中TNF-α含量降低;孟鲁司特钠组与模型组相比较,小鼠肺湿重有明显减少,存在显著差异(P<0.05),且小鼠肺干重及肺湿干重比值均降低了;孟鲁司特钠组小鼠白细胞总数、中性粒细胞及嗜酸性粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞均明显减少。结论:孟鲁司特钠对改善小鼠咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA)症状具有良好疗效。 Objective:This study is to evaluate the efficacy of montelukast sodium in the treatment of variant asthma mice.Method:The ovalbumin(OVA)is sensitized and stimulated to replicate the asthma model and be treated with drugs.The experimental animals were first divided into blank group,model group and montelukast sodium group,each group of 6 mice,then subjected to atomization modeling and intragastric and intraperitoneal injection to feed the mice.Results:The serum il-2 content in the montelukast sodium group was increased,while the TNF-alpha content in the montelukast sodium group was decreased.Compared with the model group,the lung wet weight of mice in the montelukast sodium group was significantly reduced,with a significant difference(P<0.05),and the lung dry weight and lung wet dry weight ratio of mice were reduced.The total number of white blood cells,neutrophils,eosinophils,monocytes and lymphocytes in montelukast sodium group were significantly decreased.Conclusion:The results showed that montelukast sodium has a good effect on improving the symptoms of cough variant asthma(CVA)in mice.
