摘要
目的观察肺康复治疗对中重度稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者营养状况及急性加重次数的影响。方法收集2016年9月至2017年3月门诊就诊的中、重度COPD稳定期患者共130例,随机分为康复组和对照组,康复组患者康复训练24周,检测两组患者各个阶段血清白蛋白、血胆固醇水平,并比较两组患者1年、2年的急性加重次数。结果两组患者24周、1年血清白蛋白、血胆固醇差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),72周、2年两组患者血清白蛋白及血胆固醇差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。康复组康复治疗后1年、2年急性加重次数均少于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论肺康复治疗可以改善稳定期COPD患者营养状况,改善患者愈后并指导稳定期COPD患者的治疗。
Objective To observe the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation on nutritional status and acute exacerbation times of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients in moderate and severe stable stage.Methods From September 2016 to March 2017,130 patients with moderate and severe stable COPD were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group.The patients in rehabilitation group received 24 weeks rehabilitation training,the levels of blood cholesterol and ALB were measured at each stage and the number of acute exacerbations in 1 and 2 years was compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in 24 weeks,1 year ALB and serum cholesterol between the two groups(P all<0.05).There was no significant difference in 72 weeks and 2 years ALB and serum cholesterol between the two groups(P all<0.05).The number of acute exacerbations in rehabilitation group was lower than that in control group(P all<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation can improve the nutritional status of stable COPD patients,improve the prognosis and guide the treatment of stable COPD patients.
