摘要
在"互联网+"背景下,随着我国经济的稳步提升及移动通信技术与微信的普及,促使就业、再就业服务要求越来越多,文章提出了人力资源微信服务平台建设的方案及技术分析,建设人力资源微信服务平台可以有效地降低求职成本、提高工作质量和效率,提供多样化、个性化的招聘服务,为民众开辟了全新的移动互联服务平台,提高就业服务水平。
Under the background of "internet plus",as the stable improvement of our country’s economy and the popularization of mobile communication technology and WeChat,prompting more and more demand for employment and reemployment services,this paper proposed the human resources WeChat service platform construction scheme and technical analysis,the construction of human resources WeChat service platform can effectively reduce job cost,improve the work quality and efficiency,diversification and individuation of recruitment services,opened up a new mobile internet service platform for the people,improve the level of employment service.
