摘要
[目的/意义]最近10年来我国CSSCI期刊出现了载文量持续下降的异常现象,部分原因是一些期刊认为降低载文量会提高影响因子,但这必然会牺牲期刊的信息和知识量。[方法/过程]在这样的背景下,提出从信息知识载体、信息知识内容、信息知识来源、信息知识国际化、信息知识影响角度建立指标体系,采用TOPSIS进行评价,得到期刊信息与知识密度指数,以用于学术期刊评价。基于回归分析研究其与期刊影响力指标的关系,采用BP人工神经网络进行了稳健性检验,并采用独立样本t检验分析了一级期刊该指标的特点。[结果/结论]期刊信息与知识密度指数与期刊影响力指标无关,能够提供新的信息,该指标与载文量正相关;一级期刊信息与知识密度指数显著高于其他普通期刊,说明优秀期刊具有良好的知识与信息密度;期刊信息与知识密度指数服从正态分布,方差大小合适,具有较好的评价指标性质。
[Purpose/Significance]In the last 10 years,CSSCI journals have seen a continuous decline in the number of articles published,which is partly because some journals think that reducing it would improve their impact factors,however,this will inevitably sacrifice the amount of information and knowledge of journals.[Method/Process]In this context,this paper proposes to establish an index system from the perspective of information knowledge carrier,information knowledge content,information knowledge source,information knowledge internationalization and information knowledge impact,and uses TOPSIS to evaluate it,which creates the journal information and knowledge density index(JIKDI)for academic journal evaluation.This paper also studies the relationship between the index and journal influence index based on regression analysis,uses BP artificial neural network to test its robustness,and uses independent sample t-test to analyze the characteristics of the index of the first-class journal.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that JIKDI is irrelevant to the journal influencing indexes,the index is positively correlated with the amount of papers.JIKDI of the first-class journals is significantly higher than that of other general journals.JIKDI obeys normal distribution,its variance is suitable,and it has great evaluation index properties.
