摘要
栀子是茜草科植物栀子的干燥成熟果实,具有泻火除烦、清热利尿、凉血解毒之功。栀子主要含环烯醚萜、黄酮、三萜、有机酸和挥发油等多种化学成分,药理作用丰富。栀子属首批药食两用资源,有一定的开发和利用价值,其相关活性成分和药理作用研究也逐渐广泛深入。本文对近几年报道的栀子通过抑制炎症通路和氧化应激反应发挥神经保护作用,抑制α-糖苷酶,激活胰高血糖素样肽-1受体信号通路降血糖,调节神经营养因子和单胺类神经递质水平抗抑郁,以及降低胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白水平,改善血管内皮功能紊乱,调节动脉粥样硬化等方面的研究进行综述,以期深入理解栀子药理活性和作用机制,促进中药资源的开发与利用。
Fructus Gardeniae is the dried and ripe fruit of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis,having the function of clearing fire and relieving restlessness,reducing fever and causing diuresis,cooling blood and removing toxicity.Fructus Gardeniae mainly contains iridoid,flavone,triterpene,organic acid and volatile oil and other chemical constituents,and it is rich in pharmacological action.Fructus Gardeniae is one of the first batch of dual-use medicinal and food resources,which has certain development and utilization value.Its related active constituents and pharmacological action have been studied extensively and deeply.In this paper,the recent reports of Fructus Gardeniae related these aspects were reviewed,including playing a role of nerve protection by inhibiting the inflammatory pathways and oxidative stress,inhibiting alpha glycosidase,activating the glucagon peptide-1 receptor signaling pathways to lower blood sugar,adjusting neurotrophic factor and levels of single amine neurotransmitter to antidepressant,and decreasing the levels of cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,improving the disorder state of endothelial function,and adjusting the atherosclerosis.In order to further understand the pharmacological activities and mechanism of Fructus Gardeniae,promoting the development and utilization of the resources of Chinese medicine.
