摘要
目的探讨氯氮平口腔崩解片加丙戊酸镁缓释片对难治性精神分裂症患者治疗效果的影响。方法选取本院收治的84例难治性精神分裂症患者,采用红蓝双色球法将其分为两组,各42例,对照组采用氯氮平口腔崩解片治疗,观察组在此基础上加用丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗,比较两组的疗效和不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率(78.57%)高于对照组(57.14%)(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(38.10%)与对照组(33.33%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论氯氮平口腔崩解片加丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗难治性精神分裂症可有效提升疗效,安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the effect of clozapine oral disintegrating tablets plus magnesium valproate sustained release tablets on the treatment of refractory schizophrenia.Methods 84 patients with refractory schizophrenia in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clozapine orally disintegrating tablets,and the observation group was treated with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets on the basis of which,the efficacy and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate(78.57%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(57.14%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(38.10%)and the control group(33.33%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Clozapine orally disintegrated tablets and magnesium valproate sustained release tablets can effectively improve the efficacy and safety in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia.
