摘要
核电厂工程建设期间难免发生不符合要求的物项、服务或过程,也存在可能造成这些不符合的质量隐患,本文将它们统称为质量异常。质量异常管理的有效性对核电厂最终的质量至关重要。本文对核电厂工程建设期间质量异常管理存在的问题进行了分析,对质量异常的全面、系统管理提出了建议,可供核安全监管机构、营运单位及参建单位探讨和实施。
There are non-conforming items,service,process or potential non-conformance during the construc⁃tion of nuclear power plants.In this paper,they are collectively referred to as quality exceptions.The effective⁃ness of quality anomaly management is critical to the ultimate quality of nuclear power plants.This paper ana⁃lyzes the problems existing in the management of quality anomalies during the construction of nuclear power plants,and puts forward suggestions for the comprehensive and systematic management of quality anomalies,which can be discussed and implemented by the national nuclear safety regulatory authorities,operators and participants.
