摘要
宫颈癌根治术是早、中期以及一些晚期宫颈癌患者使用的手术治疗手段,但患者常因术后盆底功能失调而导致尿潴留、膀胱刺激症等问题的发生,严重的可能会引起膀胱功能出现终身损伤。为了减少宫颈癌根治术后膀胱功能障碍,国内外研究者对术后膀胱功能障碍的发生因素以及预防诊治手段进行了深入研究,本文将目前有关的研究结果进行总结分析,以期为临床防治提供借鉴。
Radical resection for cervical cancer is a surgical treatment for early,middle and some advanced cervical cancer patients.However,problems such as urinary retention and bladder irritation often occur in patients due to postoperative pelvic floor dysfunction.In severe cases,it can cause life-long damage to bladder function.In order to reduce bladder dysfunction after radical resection for cervical cancer,researchers at home and abroad have conducted in-depth studies on the occurrence factors,prevention and treatment methods of bladder dysfunction after operation.This paper summarizes and analyzes the current relevant research results in order to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment.
