典型工艺污水处理厂出水水质达标率与稳定性分析 被引量:4

Quality Standard Rate and Stability Analysis of Water Quality Standards for the Effluent from Typical Process Sewage Treatment Plants

摘要 以污水处理厂设计排放标准作为达标率的判别标准,以变异系数作为稳定性评价的判别标准,评价了7座污水处理厂的出水水质.其中,A厂为CASS工艺,C、E厂为SBR工艺,B、D厂为A2/O工艺,F厂为A/O工艺,G厂为氧化沟工艺.结果显示:E厂出水COD的达标率为87%,TN与NH4^+-N达标率都在75%以下,剩余污水厂的出水BOD5、COD、SS、TP、TN、NH4^+-N达标率都在95%以上;多维尺度分析模型(MDS)显示,7座污水厂出水NH4^+-N的稳定性与其他指标的偏离程度最大,易超标或者逼近排放限值;制定相关水质分级评价规则,建立污染物指标控制清单,显示D厂的出水水质稳定性达标情况最好,E厂的稳定性达标情况较差.其中E厂出水TN与NH4^+-N需要重点控制,COD需要一级控制,A厂出水NH4^+-N需要二级控制,B厂与F厂出水BOD5需要二级控制. This article evaluated the effluent quality of the seven sewage treatment plants in the south of China,using the designed discharge standards of Sewage treatment plant as the criterion for the compliance rate,and taking the coefficient of variation as the criterion of stability evaluation.In these factories,factory A is CASS process,factory C and E is SBR process,factory B and D use A2/O process,factory F is A/O process,factory G is oxidation ditch process.The results showed that the standard compliance rate of COD in E sewage treatment plants was 87%,TN and NH4^+-N were below 75%,the effluent BOD5、COD、SS、TP、TN、NH4^+-N of the other sewage plants were over 95%;multidimensional scale analysis Model(MDS)showed The dispersion degree of effluent NH4^+-N of 7 sewage plants was the biggest deviation from other indexes,which was prone to exceed standard or approximate emission limit.This research also set up the relevant water quality grading evaluation rules and the control list of the pollutant index.The results showed that the quality of the effluent of the D plant was the best,the quality of the effluent of the E factory was poor.Among them,TN and NH4^+-N were the key control parameter,COD was the first priority control parameter of the E sewage treatment plants,NH4^+-N was the second priority control parameter of the A sewage treatment plant,BOD5 was the second priority control parameter of the B and F sewage treatment plants.
