摘要
目的系统评价术前决策辅助在乳腺癌患者治疗决策中的应用效果。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国学术期刊全文数据库、万方数据库和维普中关于术前决策辅助对乳腺癌患者治疗决策影响的随机对照试验,并行Meta分析。结果最终纳入13篇文献,共1505例患者。Meta分析结果显示,术前决策辅助能降低乳腺癌患者的决策冲突水平(P<0.05),增加决策知识(P=0.004),减少决策后悔(P=0.0002),提高决策满意度(P=0.001)。结论术前决策辅助可有效降低乳腺癌患者的决策冲突水平和决策后悔,增加决策知识,提高决策后的满意度。
Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of preoperative decision-making aid in treatment decision-making of breast cancer patients.Methods Randomly controlled trials on the influence of preoperative decision-making aidon treatment decisions of breast cancer patients were conducted by computer from Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP,and the Revman 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 1505 patients were included in 13 literatures.The results of Meta analysis showed that preoperative decision-making aid could reduce the level of decision confliction patients with breast cancer(P<0.05),to increase knowledge of decision-making(P=0.004),reduce decision-making regrets(P=0.0002),and improve satisfaction after decision-making(P=0.001).Conclusions Preoperative decision-making aid can effectively reduce the level of decision conflict and decision regret in breast cancer patients and increase the knowledge of decision-making and satisfaction after decision-making.
