摘要
高校普遍采取“讲座式”的教师培训方法,但是在实施中问题颇多。H师范学院采用了教师前往教育一线听课、挂职的“体验式”培训方式,这种培训方式受到学校自身条件、师范生培养现状以及师范教育特点等各方面条件的影响。“体验式培训方式”既符合教师缺乏实践能力而非教学理念的现状,也满足提升师范专业教师教学技能的要求。在实行“体验式”培训方式时,教师需要结合相应的理论反思,以防出现轻视理论的问题。
“Lecture-style teacher”training is generally adopted in colleges and universities,but there are many problems in its implementation.H normal college adopts the“experiential”training mode in which teachers go to the front line of education to attend lectures and take temporary posts.This training mode is influenced by the school’s own conditions,the current training situation of normal university students and the characteristics of normal education.The“experiential training mode”not only meets the current situation of teachers’lack of practical ability rather than teaching concept,but also meets the requirements of improving teachers’teaching skills.In the implementation of“experiential”training,teachers need to reflect on the corresponding theories to prevent the emergence of problems that underestimate theory.
