尿生物标志物在新生儿急性肾损伤诊断中的应用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 急性肾损伤是新生儿重症监护室的常见病,目前用于诊断急性肾损伤的主要参考指标是血清肌酐及尿量,但其特异度及敏感度均较低。有研究显示,尿生物标志物对诊断急性肾损伤有着较高的敏感度及特异度。该文旨在讨论与新生儿急性肾损伤危险因素相关的最新研究结果,介绍新型的诊断方法,并确定未来研究方向,用以改善与肾脏损害相关的预后与干预策略。
